What possible motivation, in addition Greed could cause Warner Brothers to Move out of Harry Potter in 2009?
Warner Bros. gave Harry the year school off, announcing last week it was bumping the sixth movie in the series from fall to next summer "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which Warner Bros. moved Thursday, November 21 from the date of his release on July 17, 2009. The film was the timing of its production. The seventh and final book will be divided into two films. I loved all the Harry Potter books and movies, but this really stinks.
I will not win any fans with this answer, but here it goes. 1) Money. World Bank estimates that it will get bigger or longer term, opening next year during the summer. The children will be educated and be able to see the film most often (if desired), because they will open every day week to go see 2.) I think they were kinda afraid to compete with the new "Twilight" movie. HP has been out for many years - all books are finished. This is the 1st opening Twilight movie and he would have killed some of the funds HP when it would open a few weeks later. I'm always going to be a great fan of Twilight and HP on it just SUCKS that they have moved to next July. I already looked forward to the movie after seeing the trailer - and now all I have to wait on standby.
